Registration & Booking

• Registration and booking of departure dates are carried out by paying down payment Rp.3.000.000 or 50% from the total amount
• Down payment are non-refundable
• The final payment is made before departure

Cancellation

• If a cancellation is made by the customer before departure date for any reason, the down payment will be forfeited (non-refundable)

Change

• If you have made a down payment but wish to change the date, please notify us at least 5 days in advance. However, we can’t guarantee the date availability.
• If you have made a down payment on the selected yacht, the boat can’t be changed to another yacht.
